CoD: Black Ops Cold War is slated to release on November 13 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC. The most crucial section in today's reveal is that Black Ops Cold War Zombies will also support cross-gen and cross-platform play, just as the core version of the game. Cross-play or cross-platform play basically allows players of various platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, PC, and mobile) to play with. Wednesday's Zombies mode unveiling had revealed cross-play support via a video featuring the director of communications for Treyarch.
